Kheiry Y. Amr

His Excellency Eng. Kheiry Amr assumed the position of Minister of Investment in October of 2021.
He has over 35 years of banking and investment experience gained working for Major International Financial Institutions in the UK, Switzerland, Singapore and the Middle East.
Mr. Amr held the position of Managing Director at Credit Suisse AG, one of the premier Wealth managers globally. Prior to working for Credit Suisse, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley International, a leading Global Investment Bank. In addition, he held various positions at Arab Bank PLC early in his career.
Mr. Amr has extensive experience in managing multi asset portfolios, investing in global equities, fixed income securities, currencies and commodities, as well as alternative investments and hedging techniques. He was a Board Member of Arab Bankers Association, in the UK for 11 years.
He holds a master's degree in Finance/ Money and Financial Markets from Columbia University in New York; And a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University in New York, USA.
